  ahhh.. good good.. reports done..
  
  i woke up pain-free this morning
  
  all i need is rest actually..
  
  i sat too long in an uncomfy chair talking to and listening to a friend who is going through divorce.. and it's kinda tightened up again..
  
  but after some stretches, i'm pretty okay now
