As my tutor said just now.... from a strictly marketing perspective, the old NKF did a hell of a good job in soliciting donations from the public.
Of course, she was quick to stress that that's only the case if you take morals and ethics out of the equation... certainly some of their hard-sell tactics they used were highly questionable from an ethical viewpoint. -
