  Bloody hell, I stuck in lift also call surreal.
  
  The end result was my coxswain arguing with a supervisor over the 'enjoy yourselves' remark.
  
  And you know what??
  
  They told us to lodge the complain tomorrow instead. And so forget it, I believe one of the guys is going to lodge a complain against capital tower now instead of just the lift operator.
