There is good ones at Chinatown Pearls Centre if you like exotic clothes stuffs like Sarong Kebaya & kimono.
My steamstress keeps saying Katong Shopping centre & Cityplaza has good tailoring people. Might want to consider katong shopping centre there for sarong kebaya & cheongsum.
And for normal tailoring like work shirts, I like CityPlaz Lucky Tailor....dunno that uncle still there or not, he did my ex hub's skirts and pants too. -

But where you need alterations? the hems is okay, but bodice can be tricky depending on your material and whether there is any boning on the bodice. -
