  70 starts at the end of the bridge.. that is towards airport of ECP.. then after the speed camera near fort road exit, it goes back to 90..

  I guess you can, though I'm not sure how the Thais will feel about it, but the SO and I will anyhow speak like that when in Thailand when we meet folks who really dun speak English...we just add a noun with " mak mak " or " nit-noy " which means little bit.
