  watching La Dolce Vita..
  
  guy put some extra virgin olive oil in a hot pan, some garlic, some pepper thingies, some chopped up anchovies... then.. chocolate into it!
  
  after the stuff has melted, he put in some finely grated breadcrumbs into it...
  
  then put in penne pasta...
  
  he fed it to an italian lady and she liked it

  Unless you want to call overseas. I understand starhub got free idd calls to duno which countries for free in the weekends... I only know Msia is one of them. If I recall correctly, USA and Canada should be one of those countries.
  
  Actually most of the contracts are about the same price.
  
  If you receive calls more than you call out, then get a free incoming plan. However, if you don't call much, don't receive calls that much, then a normal basic plan like classic plan from singtel should be enough. That is 100 free minutes + 360 sms..
  
  your phone seems old.. time to get a new phone with the contract!

  chocolate beef stew!
  
  smoked panchetta
  heat up pan, a little olive oil, put panchetta in...
  add a little flour on beef cubes...
  stir panchetta to render it down
  put beef into pan keep stirring until beef is brown and seared.. to put the panchetta flavour into beef
  bit of salt, sage and thyme...
  some sherry to deglaze pan..
  keep stirring to mix flavour together..
  put in some veggie broth and allow to reduce.
  add in bitter chocolate and mix it up...
  add more veggie broth..
  and watch it.. keep adding broth for consistency of sauce..

  shrimp with chocolate
  
  premium bittersweet chocolate... add some milk to it... melt over hot water bath..
  
  devein shrimp..
  garlic and chopped parsley
  heat up extra virgin olive oil and add whole garlic..
  cook shrimp in the stuff.. add salt and deglaze with white wine...
  throw in chopped pasley
  it's done..
  
  remove garlic, arrange shrimp and drizzle over the chocolate

  chocolate martini..
  
  ice in a shaker...
  1 oz vodka
  1 oz chocolate liqueur
  mix well
  cut a pear, use it to wet rim of martini glass, 'frost' in chopped chocolate
  pour into glass
