  The FS gave me some food for thought just now....
  
  She suggested offloading my phone (SE z520i, a no-frills phone) to some 2nd hand dealer and buying the LG KG288 which is on offer at 7 Eleven for $78.
  
  And I have to admit that it's not such a bad idea.... my verdamn phone has been malfunctioning slightly. Sometimes it switches off by itself, and the vibrating function doesn't work at time.

  No can do. My finances are pretty tight at the moment.
  
  Right now I value functionality over style.
  
  And frankly, I've become highly cynical with regards to electronics because of my recent experiences.... nowadays, when I use something which is electrical in nature, I half-expect it to fail.

  well, i've not had problems with anything except my Enzer speakers which i'm going to throw out..
  
  and my desktop fridge.. which i'm throwing out too
  
  btw, does anyone know what to do with a PS2 which drive door refuses to open? i think it's caked with dirt
