  don't know how much heavy metals are in the liver these days, but braised shark liver is damned nice to eat

  oh.. when we made it, it was either dogfish or baby shark.. very small...
  
  these days, rarely see that in the markets...

  picked them up.. late..
  
  well, not as big as i thought so i'll probably make 2 ducks
  
  they don't come with heads.. or feet.. it's too shrink wrapped to see if they also chopped off the neck.. will see when it's defrosted
