  You MUST try this place.(Ikoi at miramar hotel) I had dinner there recently. Have to book 2 weeks in advance if you want to be sure you can get a place.

  The sashimi is rather good (esp the sake, altho' the tempura's batter was a bit too thick for my liking today. It's not full house during lunch, so should be easy to get a table at short notice (for lunch).

  a smartass cynical guy.. becomes an introspective contemplative person..
  
  especially when he bids the Iban longhouse elders goodbye and when they see that he has honoured them by getting an Iban tattoo, they are happy...
  
  is it possible to feel enriched and hollowed out at the same time
  
  in his book he revealed something which he remembered.. that the Iban leaned over and exclaimed "You are my brother"
  
  in the episode, he is visibly touched by them
