  i get to have my lunch hour and eat the Instant Noodle . It's sesame flavour.
  
  my UK colleagues told me that they smelt of something burning..

  you really shouldn't be eating instant noodles on a daily basis. the stuff is nasty

  errh...i only get my lunch hour once in every 1 week.. most of the days i cannot even go for lunch..(busy).

  not just the msg and other additives.....instant noodles are mostly fried in palm oil or some just as nasty equivalent

  do you have an pantry where you can keep bread, lettuce, tomatos, butter, cheese, and ham/cold cuts?
  
  will be much better than eating instant noodles all the time

  have mini fridge...put there, tmr gone.........and no have a microwave oven here.
