My mum freaked out before but after eating the roasted USA duck she agreed it taste so much better -

My boss me showed me this cut from the pig which they say it's the diaphragm
He said the Japanese loved to eat it and the meat looks frilly
I wonder what they call it in Japanese coz I sure would love to try it
