i've been talking to the clerk.. seems that we're going to take the flak for what NorthWest has done... and chances are, the idiocy of the whole thing is that we may put out a statement which is 'polite' and the usual BS claptrap...
in the meantime, our poor people in the call centre and all that are going to face abuse from the public...
to add to that, the pittance of a bonus which we got was played up and it seems like a huge amount in the news... which adds to the anger and abusiveness of the idiots who believe the nonsense..
why the heck is it that the senior management don't see that their decisions which are 'polite' will come and bite our organisation in the ass eventually.. they should do it right and nip the problem in the bud..
heck.. the idiots in the 'innovation' committee are hounding me about something again.. 'if you a device (may not exist yet) which will enhance work efficiency.. blah blah'

I found out there's a poll on HWZ for supporters of maling luncheon meat to bring it back.
SO told me the ST reported on the missing luncheon meat today. It seemed the latest batches of maling and gulong cans were found to contain antibiotics and thus banned, but will be allowed in once they clean up their act. *phew!* -

but i might be "transfer" to the new exec.... cos my HR say my little boss wanna complain me and wanna a "normal" secretary right??? so give him the other available secretary [the one whose boss got chopped] and let him DIE!!!!!
the new exec was said to have more years of experience than my little boss... but she's from china
