  I was digging around online....the rental around that area seems very expensive...starting from 200,000 yen per month!

  If you're looking for quirky gifts, avoid Takashimaya... that place has devolved into a pit full of mushy nonsensical gifts. Weird cotton towel "cakes", ugly soft toys... pssh. Any gift with a remote sense of humour has been relegated to the store.

  yeah.. and i think that will be for a room sufficient for a bed, half a table and a bathroom so small you gotta go outside to change your mind...
