  I used to never had difficulties sleeping past noon. Of course, it was tempered by overnight activities such as WoW or just soccer/random internet surfing, such that I went to bed at 5-6am.

  in my BMT platoon, we tekan these asswipes because they didn't even know how to sweep the floor...
  
  not out of cruelty but the whole platoon kena because these asswipes got us into trouble as they could not pull their own weight

  We had a couple of these emo types in my platoon during BMT. Totally fucked up. One of them was totally afraid of getting dirty even. Both spent most of the BMT crying, reporting sick and seeing SAF counsellor. Booking out during weekends have to have parents come and fetch them
  
  And our BMT was a fucking holiday camp!!! We were all Pes C and excused all sorts of training!! WTF?

  i wanted to kill one of them...
  
  his ineptitude caused us a lot of problems... got us into a lot of trouble..
  
  all he did was to complain.. then he caught chicken pox.. and then german measles.. he was not at the bloody BMT for more than half the time..
  
  he didn't do any of the route marches, field exercises, didn't take his IPPT, didn't do the SOC, missed ALL the Log PTs, didn't fire a shot.. nothing...
  
  he didn't even need to go through the BMT recourse while the rest of us slogged through it..
  
  the last day, when we were being assigned our vocations, he was given "Optical Instruments Mechanic" at OETI... he would spend the rest of his NS life fixing scopes.. and he's a combat fit asswipe at PES B
  
  he complained to me that OETI was "so far away from his home in Bedok, how to go there every day since it's a stay-out course of 6 months.."
  
  i stood up, lifted him up by the front of his shirt and was about to pummel him when the guys around me pulled me back..
  
  i had it.. for the whole of BMT, he was unable to do anything except complain, get us into trouble, and everyone else was doing things for him so that we would not get into trouble... and he was still complaining...
  
  they should have put him in Guards or something like that to let him die ugly

  lucky my platoon only has 2 chao kengs..
  
  but they were really less then useless and spoilt.. didn't do any sort of area cleaning until we forced them too..
  
  go outfield, they refuse to sit on the muddy grounds..
  
  but thankfully they never got us into any trouble..
  
  if not for the rules prohibitng us from blanket parties, they would have gotten it from us..
