actually my chinchilla is also pretty round and fat >< -
every one of my pets were obese..
all of them were round except for one hamster.. he was so fat he resembled a half-deflated ball -

They are fine once in a blue moon but in the long term it is very very bad for the turtle's health coz goldfish contain a high % of fat and this agent which blocks calcium absorption, which is bad.
Too much goldfish = fatty liver and lack of calcium for a healthy shell
He's now too lazy to even attempt to chase after the fish but that might change with the diet -
