I was invited by Keppel Offshore for a career talk.... I went there yesterday. Interesting place.... we got a tour of the shipyard and managed to see several oil rigs being built.
What bothers me is that they actually called my handphone to invite me.... it seems that someone in the NUS administration actually handed over the personal contact details of me and a few others in my class to Keppel.
Not that I mind being selected for the career talk (and I did give them my resume and transcripts after the talk), but I still feel uneasy about my personal contact details being handed over to outside firms without my knowledge.

.... I still feel that the administration could have at least asked for my permission before releasing my personal contact details.
