  went AH yest. doc say 95% of backaches go away in 6 wks, 5% can last for a year next appoint in feb and if by then still hurts, i might wanna consider MRI

  BTW, how did your backache start? Did you sprain yourself years' ago? I also have backache but it's lessened from doing pilates last year, i think.

  Ah, do take care. I took quite a few MRIs last time because of my left hand problem, thankfully at the army's expense.

  it's an official half a day for everyone... and those who took leave still have to use 1 day's leave..
  
  and i'm on leave that day!!
  
  thing is.. i've thrown away so much of my leave it doesn't even matter to me
  
  it sucks... you're nice enough and competent enough to do the work, you will be overloaded and people will take advantage of you... the credit for this will not be mine.. they'll say the boss has 'great management skills'

  i slipped in bathroom and to prevent myself from falling on my butt and hurt my spine, i do matrix stunt backward... but hit the taps still >.<

  My edges of the mixing tank for my experiment has been double-sealed with countersunk M5 screws and heavy-duty araldite glue....
  
  .... but I've just triple-sealed the seams with silicone. Waiting for it to cure now.
  
  Hope this works.... don't want any leakages that plagued the flow visualization tank.
