  numbering all the gifts and drawing numbers sounds like a good idea. I can't think of a better way

  place all the gifts in 1 area, stick numbers on them...
  
  then we draw lots..
  
  if they get back their own, throw back and draw again..
  
  that's what i did for the uoc gift exchange..

  Btw for the Lucky Draw I think it's ok to just right the numbers on the Post it and fold into half hor
