His income all come from investments and dividends one
So although he earns a lot his income reflected in CPF is 0

I am still waiting for the big property crash...maybe the timing will be right and it happens just as I hit 35.....................but fuck, I have to sell away my private apartment first before I can buy HDB on the open market right? -
