Come to think of it, I have been wondering if the Baked Crab with Cheese and what-not I ate in Crystal Jade in Changi Airport was bad, because it tasted a tad 'dodgy', and that triggered my vomitting episodes on the flight back to MEL the last time.
Or maybe, I was already sick anyways, and the turbulence and what-not just made everything bad.
Hopefully I won't fall ill on this trip.

how is it that we are enslaved by a section which is doing the crap for some stupid award the organisation is politically forced into trying to "achieve" ?
and how is it that the stupid section insists on hammering square pegs into round holes, and insisting that the crap recommended by the consultants is correct even when we know it is wrong? worse, we've been telling them the same thing for the past 3 years and they have been ignoring what we have been telling them?
i got to write to them about this..
after having a row about this with that asswipe.. i think he's just carrying someone who sees political leverage in going along with the consultants instead of taking the consultants to task..
damn.. i've not even started to do today's work and i'm innundated with rubbish which i have to give inputs for..
oh well.. i'll try to write the stuff as best i can and go home to rest..
my back is aching too.. although it's from fatigue and not the injury... i long for a hot shower...
i'll go back to work so i can..
