  well, if you factor in the opportunity costs of going to malaysia to buy stuff, you will see that a lot of them may feel very stupid and the johor shops may go out of business

  i had this argument with my dad who will drive to the NTUC to get a bottle of sauce which was 20 cents cheaper than the shop near my place... all he saw was that 20 cents "savings" so i calculated everything for him..
