went to see a doc tis morning for my lower back pain and she refer me to TTS neuroscience clinic...
actually i juz ask doc for medicine or medicated oints/rubs but she insists tat i go for a check...after much 'negotiation', she gave me some medicated oint and ask me to apply, if by sunday still not ok, i hv to go see the TTS doc... -

lady boss sent out email abt late comers AGAIN... she just suspended the sat "punishment" for 2 gals... cos since they came in last sat, past few days they were ON time! but hor.... today back to "normal".... -

if things need to be settled at 5pm, u dun have to come in so early but get the job done at 5pm.

i think its because of idiotic people who associate time with productivity that make me wanna adopt a different system.
but it doesn't work with everyone, the worker has to be competent. -

1. On a selfish level, it means that there is actually less space for me. and i feel discriminated against somewhat.

i think my company (should i even start one IF i come back) should be simple enough
u can work 4 hours a day, fixed pay, no OT. just get the job done.
when u have to work late, just work late... all the other days of short hours should be able to compensate that 1-2 days of long hours. -
