Bioload is how much shit and pee there is in the tank and how efficient the filter is
My filter is over-sized but then again, my bioload is high -

mixed news...
whatever the heck i was supposed to write which has to go in by today is now postponed to monday... because the Dy Director who has to clear it, has been called away for an urgent meeting somewhere and the asswipe who was supposed to give me the returns has failed to turn up today for work... supposedly sick or something... (i mean, the deadline of 2 Jan got dragged until today.. not good enough? and it's a simple matter of looking through the files and then attaching the softcopy of the whole thing to me)
because of that asswipe, we can't start doing the thing until at least next wednesday instead of last week...
that, and a near mutiny by both myself and the other guy, resulted in my boss seeing momentary sense and telling the piece of crap who wanted us to work on 19th to not send us such idiocy anymore.. i get to go bleed for a good cause next week
now to go back to trying to write a return for the people in eye-crud -
I'm so freaking tired
