so your skin feels dry...which eventually, the rashes break out....

different steriods can be used for a lot of things..
even those with runny nose, steriods can be used to lower the inflammation in the wherever to alleviate the suffering

about 2/3 a bowl of the ramen.. a bit of the puffer fish.. a bit of the flat fish.. veggies from zora's bowl of rice.. a bite of the rice.. 2 raw mushrooms.. a bit of the soup boiling away merrily.. 3 pieces of the pork cutlet.. a bit of the bean sprouts.. some whitebait egg.. 4 rings of the ika... and between keii and myself, the raw vegetables
that's not that much, is it if you add it up

I don't think yours is very strong. I have been having steroid for my rash since September if that makes you feel better. I started with 25mg but reduced to 5mg. I will have to slowly reduce the dose by 1mg every 2 weeks now.
Don't worry. You'll be ok!
