I tried the Ayam fish luncheon meat - black pepper flavour....it's not too bad if I pile on the butter, tomato and cucumber as a sandwich. -

Luncheon meat is sinful... but soooo nice! I think for a lot of Singaporeans, it's also viewed as comfort food. -

Yeah...but now that luncheon meat is in short supply, there's a new substitute made of fish...not quite the same but much healthier...there isn't much oil.
I ought to go for an early lunch to get ready for an onslaught of last min assignments that's coming up. Will catch up later. -
