I prefer those pineapples that was shredded, preferrably thru a juice machine, giving the pineapple dry flaky coconut shreds kinda texture. -

I have to agree that some seemingly fit people do suddenly collapse for no apparent reason during physical exertion that they're already used to. Marc Vivien-Foe was probably the most high-profile case of this happening.
That said, we already have reasonably good safety barriers to reduce the occurence of this, like mandatory FFI for NSmen above 35 before they take the IPPT. You can't catch all those at risk, but you can identify most of them.
In the end, like it or not, we have to train our soldiers to run. Otherwise, if we withdraw the 2.4km run, then how the freakin' hell are we gonna expect our soldiers to charge at the enemy or run from an impending arty bombardment? -

basically, we are now not supposed to get bidding companies to show mock-ups, show concept designs, or come up with ideas when we put out tenders.. because it is "unfair to them to request they design for free"
