  My dear, over there, people self medicate because their doctoring is really really expensive, not like our downstairs is doctor or polyclinic.
  
  Just for a fever, you go to a doctor, they will give you a full body check up and charge you obscene prices. My nephew & neices doctor is charging USD600/- per hour.
  
  For fevers, aches & pain, you can still take meds. How are you going to determine which of your teeth is giving you trouble? Pull out 3 teeth in the same row yourself when it might be just your nerve/gums problem?

  Over there, its not about comfy, its about horsepower. Lots of hilly roads to drive to. And power is better then looks. Plus the bigger, spacious a car, the more petrol needed to bring it around.

  Go there first and take your time with the transport. Most of their pick-ups are lifestyles, sup up and pretty and not cheaper then normal small japanese cars.
  
  And having too lightweight a car, you will have problem handling the highways where the wind is like ultra ultra strong.
  
  As for your wife giving birth there, you will need child seat, mandatory there. lets hope it's not triplets

  How did you discover this chilli sauce cos' you can't buy it from the supermarket.
  
  I bought a superhot hot chilli sauce (similar strength to the one you gave me) from the Farmer's market a year ago and I am still slowly going through it. It's not something you are going to use too much on.
  
  I can't wait to try it on chicken.... may be tonight.
