taken from a website....now i wonder,...my skin rashes, because of wheat...cos the other day, I had cereal and wheat biscuit...and i kana rashes...
so it's not the nuts...
What are the symptoms of wheat allergy?
Allergic reactions to wheat (IgE-antibody mediated) usually begin within minutes or a few hours after eating or inhaling wheat. The more common symptoms involve the skin (urticaria, atopic eczema, angioedema) gastrointestinal tract (oral allergy syndrome, abdominal cramps, nausea and vomiting) and the respiratory tract (asthma or allergic rhinitis). Ige-mediated reactions to gliadin or gluten can cause urticaria, angioedema or life-threatening anaphylaxis in association with exercise. Other gluten-containing cereals (rye, oats and barley) may also cause these symptoms due to cross-reactivity of the allergens. -
Woo wow.. gluten can do so much evil! I didn't know tt.. then those vegetarians who are allergic to gluten cannot eat those mock stuff liao loh.

actually you just get used to it loh.
I get laosai all the time.. cos I eat all sorts of crap
after a while, I don't remember normal sai anymore.. i mean its like good if u have normal sai.. but laosai laosai lohhhh.. ain't putting me off my chilli crab man!!!! -
fruits...i love durian, mangoes, mangoesteen, grapes, rambutan, logan, lychees, jackfruits, pineapples, chiku...
