anyway, we're not happy with the fricken idiots up high who is trying inflict this policy on us:
that we are not allowed to ask or look for a concept design or mock-up design from the bidders of our projects.. which means we are supposed to look at their history, the cost and past projects for all prospects in future..
so.. we are supposed to use our prescience to predict which vendor can deliver...
in such a way, after the Ford Pinto, we should never ever buy from Ford ever again.. -

my idiot boss is now talking to someone who is trying to inflict the policy of "no mock-ups, no concept designs, no ideas" in the bidding process for projects..
thing is.. that someone is totally lost.. she's not on the same page, not playing the same game.. hell.. she's not even in the same stadium....

everyone was hogging the pc just now, but now, everyone has gone out for shopping and whats not.
i was so free, that i was doing my cross stitching. and i think my stepmom took pity on me and brings everyone else out for shopping. -

Okay.... my prof seems to be happy with my progress.
I've got a presentation on my project next week, though.... it's a down-and-dirty brief summary of my progress so far which can only last up to ten minutes. I can't even use Powerpoint - the most advanced presentation equipment I can use is the OHP.
I'll be presenting in front of my prof and another prof who's an expert in this field.
Somehow I can expect lots of flak from the latter, considering that he's a computationalist, and my understanding of the mathematics behind all this is shaky at best.

Basically.... the woman parked her car in a non-parking spot, and then whined about it in STOMP when her car was clamped, claiming that there was no 'No Parking' sign.
And a picture of her car is in the whining thread.... complete with the license plate number. -
