  i've always figured it's just work.. i'm happy just doing it, going home and getting my pay..

  and friends along the way, i'm thankful for that..

  i'm just a simple guy at heart

  You get free food, free accomodation and free healthcare when you're in your base or on your ship.

  Basically the only time when you really spend money is during book-out.

  Else, I'm sure that if you're disciplined with your money, $500 is enough to support yourself.

  I don't have free food, healthcare, and lodgings.... if I can survive on $350/month in uni, you surely can survive on $500/month in the navy.

  And honestly, being a stay-out personnel, transport fee is scaring me a little.

  It's frikkin' -14°F outside now. Glad I decided to telecommute today....
