some backlog to aug/sept 07... it's all in his room!!!! my boss throw 3 files back to him cos he hold onto it too long and deadlines too close... if she not so mild-mannered and quiet, she prob would have screamed...

But speaking of inefficiency, I think the Aussies beat us hands down! I can go to the Team Leaders' Office to report some clinical thing in relation to a patient, and if they're yakking away with another colleague, I can keep saying, "Excuse me!" or "I think you really need to listen to this first!" etc, they won't stop until they're satisfied yakking. I think by then patient probably peng sanz liao!
The hospitals in Singapore are more efficient. Clinical standards are higher too. Too bad the working conditions and the way people treat nurses back home just suck royally! -
