even for simple jobs, 5 figures is not exactly a small amount of money...
all we ask for is a colour laser printout of what a magazine which we want to print looks like.. the proposed colour scheme.. all that..
we are not allowed to do so anymore..
so we are supposed to award a $50,000 contract based on the past projects of the company... then after that, come and fight with them over the design because they may have gotten it totally wrong..Originally posted by tare:for simple jobs i can understand...

The front of the thailand office shop house now resembles a bit of a japanese garden.
I wonder if I can ever create that effect with my ultra small 3 Room HDB flat corridor.
BTW, I dont understand it. My Campass seems to be showing me that East is behind me. But I always see the sun in front of me at the office.
Is the needle suppose to be pointing East or North? -
there might be an electromagnetic field in your office interfering with the compass...

Sigh, Papa bought a fax/phone for the office.
Seems like the huge ass HP fax, copier, printer, phone gone into cardiac arrest.
I look around the office, and there is more machines then person using it.
Only the secretary uses them it seems.
2 desktop. Use by secretary=1 desktop, no internet, 2 printers & another desktop with a copier, printer. Now with a new fax.
1 laptop, little sister using, attached to a printer.
my fathers laptop( not always in the office one, is attached to a flat bed scanner, a photo printer.
whats with folks who dont know how to use machines?
And now that big copier,fax, printer, phone is sitting at the side, waiting for dunno how to dump it? -
Now it struck me....I was kinda wondering about something earlier about Fudgie's transparencies presentations.
Can someone asked him, if I am not online because I am on the plane....
Why couldnt his Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner print transparencies? I think it should be able to. You just need to set the settings instead of A4 paper to transparencies. -
