It's not heatiness that's affecting me. It's because since Dec 18, the work in my ward has been physically heavy. My back usually goes if we have too many dependant patients.But thank goodness it's not a spinal problem - [b]it's more of a muscular problem. It got really bad last night with the painful spasms rippling through.
