Can someone explain to me.
Is it basic courtesy, for you to create a email a/c in some free email sites, and make your 12 staffs share the same password, to access that email a/c to check their schedule.
When your staffs provided personal preferred contact emails to you, that you can send to?
The manager replied that: He prefers to have 1 email addy on his directory then 4.
He apparently does not know how to put the email addy into group, list?
And does your addy book cost extra in the office a/c? -

There is no system or control this way

Someone can always write him an email using that account and sign off as someone else

i swear the boss is insane...
after being told the stats given are totally wrong, totally inaccurate, essentially useless and will give people a totally wrong impression, she went ahead and used them anyway.. and worse, insisted on using them in a way which will create an even worse impression..
oh well.. i'm sending all this *&$^ to her and letting her send it out in her own name... i'm just going to create a bunch of charts which she doesn't know how to do..
