Pancetta with Rock Melon
the Pancetta was excellent... and the Rock Melon was sweet and wonderful... although they do go well together, i found that they were better separately.. really good stuff... it's not common that places serve pancetta in Singapore
Quattro Formaggi or 4-cheese pizza
what can i say? half the pizza was eaten before i took the picture.. it is wonderful.. a cheese-lover's idea of a good pizza... crust was just thick enough not to fall apart.. and so thin that the cheeses are the true stars of the pizza..

Spaghetti Vongole
Spaghetti with clams in white wine sauce... pretty good but not very spectacular.. but still a very good dish for a main course..
Spaghetti Carbonara
Carbonara Sauce... with pasta.. what a perfect pairing... with bits of ham and bacon thrown in, the creamy sauce and perfectly cooked spaghetti.. i'm hungry again..
Tiramisu
Perfectly made, with real mascarpone cheese, you can feel each spoonful just melt and dissolve in a mouth with a taste explosion... with the heavy slightly whipped cream adding to the melty, luscious and satiny sinfulness in your mouth as your tastebuds scream for more, it's a perfect dessert to end the meal with -
