Sooooo... are you going to make a move on The Lawless One?

Well, that Perspex flange that broke last week broke again after I repaired it.
So now the techies are trying to machine a new one for me.... they said that they'd try to get it done before CNY, but right now their manpower is tight and their machines are running virtually non-stop.
So my final experiments will have to wait till after CNY.... sigh....
Oh well.... at least I have just four hours of official lessons per week.
All that overloading of modules in previous semesters is finally paying off.
Sorry about the unforeseen delays, fudgie!
And yes, hard work always pays off! ![]()

You guys have totally put me off the name "Leonard" so much, I have totally forgotten about it, till you mentioned it.
Leave my Lawless alone!! *growls...

Nope! I enjoy the harmless, shameless flirting, but that's it.
He's younger and not my type. He's just a fantasy!
BTW, if I truly like a guy, I won't be able to utter a word in front of him without going blushing, much less flirt! ![]()

Nothing... well, not until the evil folks here started to associate the name with yucky-ikky stuff! Don't get them started! ![]()

Yeah, it ain't exactly the epitome of elegance or usability.
You'll get used to it after a while, though.
I'm currently doing a term paper on the biomechanics of G-forces on the C-spines of fighter pilots.
Been reading up on all sorts of icky experiments..... among other things, they harvest the C-spines of corpses and quite literally smash them against hard surfaces.

Any chance of your being able to finagle a ride on an RSAF F16 as part of your research for the term paper?

Hmm... this year's summer is surprisingly mild! So far only ONE bad day at 41 deg C!
OK, time to get ready for work. I wonder if Mr Lawless is on duty today... ![]()

F1 drivers go through up to 5Gs as well, and they get plenty of training for their necks. I wonder if that information will help you.
This new forum set-up allows you to go back in time and look at your first few posts. I was such a prat back then, hopefully I'm less like one now (correct me if I'm mistaken). I wonder if I still have the right to criticise others now.
My views on issues in general kept evolving, and I used to disagree immaturely with people I get along with now, like Fudge and Heng. Do people remember things like that for a long time?
