Back in my JC days....
There was this girl whom I knew... she got posted out of my JC and was posted to another JC after the O Level results. Apparently, she didn't make the cut.
She missed my school so much that she would come back virtually every day for the next few months just to laze around the canteen and the sports track.
A few months later at the annual Pre-U seminar at NUS, I spotted her wearing my school's PE T-shirt.... apparently, she didn't want to wear her own school's attire.
She came up to me and asked me whether I was comfortable with her wearing my school's T-shirt.... I told her, point-blank, to 'Move on with your life and stop living in the past. You are not doing yourself or your school any good'.
I mean, I can understand that she got pretty sad when she couldn't stay in the school of her choice.... but please, just get over it and move on already!

now Bourdain is doing some fishing... but he just cast a few times and then hung back in a hammock and started to smoke..
the other guy was doing the fishing.. and he's amazed because it really is the first time they actually caught anything on film.. while Bourdain kicks back with a Tiger
ohhhh.. they're eating horseshoe crab!! must see how they eat!
grilled flower crab, curried catfish... they're cutting up the horseshoe crab... they roasted it, cut up up and ate the insides.. the "eggs".. Bourdain says it's good

ahahahaha.. he says their version of the Singapore Sling tastes like cough syrup..
and he looks pissed off eating that crap.. and looks bored.. a few courses he says is good.. the rest.. he seems to keep drinking his G&T...
his "noodles" is 1 noodle..
he says some is "not... to.... my... liking... it's salty"

actually the last cooking show i watched was .... YAN CAN COOK SO CAN U...

Bourdain about his own retirement... if i'm lucky... i won't be too far from Singapore
somehow, i think he's right.. if we take things easy and not be too uptight about things, Singapore is a great place to live in
