IT dumped all emails onto my emails.
And we are talking about 2k plus emails per day.
i am now painstakenly trying to look thru them all sort them to departments.
I saw the dumping yesterday, but didnt do anything because the IT promised to sort things out with me on Sat.
Then just now, Finance manager complains that I was not distributing emails. And there was a urgent one from him which my bozz need to see.
SO now....I am trying to sort it out, and hopefully work on using the same rules the previous secretary did but its not working.
Its frustrating and time consuming!
But I am doing it. Best to get it sorted out and get into routine of it now then procastinate.

And those are only sales enquiries or requesting for quotes by the general shipping community.
The others are out going mails that is officially cc to me, or automatically copied to me as my a/c has unlimited storage machiam like a secondary backup base after IT dept.
Am managing 3 email a/cs (not including my bozz's) at the moment and its big!
And some was duplicated, so I have to delete some off. Which means looking thru them one by one.

and then outsource IT services to mine ....

Did anyone notice?
Big splash is kinda no more, and the place is now being developed into some foodie place.
I saw the Sushi Teh sign just yesterday.
And there is now some brasserie, some coffee company and the KFC is obviously opened at thelocation.
Might be fun to recce it this weekend, where I now no need to work part time.
Can also go rollarblading too; but I have no blades. -

i lost my thumby last year, i almost crashed...and chipped my tooth...and it's my mom birthday...i have my dad send mom home...i go dentist and the whole family help me search for my thumby...and still cannot find...
i still feel bad siah...must bring mommy out for makan the following week before i go Tibet...

only as a contract for my company though .. I do not want or need a job .... if I am going to be slaving before a keyboard for 12, 14 hours a day, it's going to be on my own terms ....
I do have staff on hand that are very well versed in J2EE ... we'd be glad to be the outsourcer to your friend either on a project or ad hoc basis ... since I have extremely low overheads at the moment, your friend would find the rates very competitive ...
