  yet, i've eaten a plate of noodles, and 4 of those pack of 6 kaya buns you get in a provision shop..

  i'm actually kind weak from the hunger..

  i think i'll eat that last 2 buns..

  You must have taken your dieting to the extreme for the past few days!    Go eat some nutritious stuff before you faint, face forward by the roadside.

  i haven't been dieting..

  i've been eating normally.. well, normal for a normal person..

  i think maybe self-control takes a lot of energy.. trying hard not to yell at the boss who can contradict herself about 4 times in a single sentence..

  goodness!!!  that's overeating. I used to be below 50kg until my ex-office was shifted near to killiney kopitiam. I had my tea-break there everyday. french egg-toast or toast with kaya and butter and a cup of milk tea or teh-c. in no time, my weight ballooned to 80kg.

  i have long forgotten what is underweight or flat tummy....

  i did yoga the other day, and when instructor says : bend down and try to touch your knee with your nose..

  I raised hands and said: errh...I can't, the bulk of fats from my tummy blocking it...and i definitely cannot reach...
