Just heard on NPR this morning that the SG government has hired a local consulting firm to search for the happiest person on the island.
So where does this rank on the list of silly schemes initiated by the government?

just got back from the nihon mura .....
food's a bit bland .... the portions were small .... and it was quite expensive ...
definitely not recommended ...

from TODAY and PAP Times, they earn 2 creditsno prac test la.. from the articel, apparently alrdy 160 NP and 150 SP students gone thru... they plan coming acad yr for 400 NP & 300 SP students to take it

I wouldn't rule out chavism at work there. There are people who are simply irreverent and random with almost everything, including polls. It's still not very responsible.
As for silly schemes that government bodies have done, surely none can get as low as this. It made our 3-D tutor go 'WTF?!'
