I know meditation didn't help you to
What do you dream about anyway
Have you tried sleeping at another spot
Maybe it's bad fengshui >.<"

Yeah... or sleeping tablets, but either ways, they don't solve the problem. I'm getting desperate now. In my waking hours, when not at work, I fall asleep doing all sorts of stuff! I fall asleep writing something halfway / reading / watching TV / attending to personal hygiene
... At work, I'm starting to have my mind wander off... and then I have a mini-sleep whilst still holding my pen in the midst of writing!
I'll land in trouble at work someday if I don't resolve this!

maybe....look at the position of the bed head. is there a column on top of it?

No coffee, no tea. Usually, just a sip of water. During the really warm nights a few days ago, I indulged in fruit juice / soft drink before sleep, only because it was way too hot. But no matter what I drink or don't, the only consistent thing is my nightmares. ![]()

Hmm... can fengshui shift and change suddenly? Prior to last July, I have been sleeping on the same bed in the same position, and I didn't have problems having good sleep...

No column... But recently, two huntsman spiders visited me and they both somehow chose to hang around on the wall where my bedhead is. ![]()

Yeah... they don't come cheap though and seeing them will just give me an additional set of problems - balancing my budget.
I don't know anyone who has gone to a sleep therapist / hypnotherapist before, but a colleague of mine who went to see a Psychologist paid A$180 per half-hour session, bloody hell and that was almost eight years ago, or more!!!
She had Medicare but she only received A$50 from that! I don't even have Medicare yet! ![]()

For the 1st consultation in SG I spent almost $200
I didn't go back for treatment. Haha.
I just cleared my mind before I sleep and the problem went away and I was there like maybe half hr too

I think two nights ago, I had a vivid and awful nightmare that stood out from all the other daily nightmares... Fatum also said it was quite vivid.
I dreamt I was sorting out my laundry and hanging them to dry over at grandma's apartment and then dad got the whole family to pile into an SUV to drive us out to eat. Suddenly, we heard loud gunshots and as I craned my neck to see past the windscreen, dad yelled at us to crouch down, so we did. Everyone had their heads down on their lap, shivering, but somehow, I turned my head a bit towards the window on my side, and caught a glimpse of a gunwoman with one arm outstretched, firing at people in front as she walked past. She had a ponytail and was wearing a blue Polo Ralph Lauren shirt with pants.
Then we heard the smashing of other cars' windscreens behind us and to our right. I saw police and soldiers creeping up to our vehicle, signalling us to stay quiet and keep our heads down, and suddenly, the gunwoman's Bang-Bang-Bang stopped and all was silent. One detective, thinking the gunwoman had gone off range, stepped out onto the road behind us, and was instantly gunned down. I turned my head to the right, very slowly and subtly, and saw the gunwoman's face very clearly, and she was really cool, holding the gun with just one hand, arm outstretched, shooting in a series of 3-shots, being very calm and cool about it. She looked a bit familiar... and then I realised that she actually looks like one of the Club 30 peeps, except I've never met this person before, but have seen her photo only! ![]()
I remember being filled with fear that she will turn on us and fire at us, and all the time, I prayed in my heart for her to just ignore us. And then, I woke up with a start... ![]()

Biangz... it will be even more expensive here! ![]()
I think I shall just force myself to go to bed earlier! Even if I toss and turn, just go to bed and stop keeping late nights in front of the PC and/or TV. ![]()

I'm not sure what your dream mean
But yr imagination is certainly wild!!!!
I went to a Korean grocery shop and bought Pomegranate Wine. Maybe, I'll have some before I go to bed tonight... it might calm my nerves. ![]()

Does that even taste good
My parents got me a bottle of Plum wine from China the last time
It tasted like cough syrup.

I have a lot more dreams that are equally crazy. Most days, I wake up and can recall snippets of my nightmares, but some days, the nightmares remain vivid.
Just a few nights before this particular dream, I dreamt that I went to Genting Highland with a colleague, only to have an assassin keen on murdering us both! I spent my entire dream running, conniving, fighting the assassin off, trying to shake him off our trail, hiding, etc... heart pounding all the time... so scary! ![]()
You know what one colleague suggested when I told her my problem? She said that I've been sleeping and living alone for far too long and I just need to go get myself a nice Aussie man! Harharharharhar!!! I told her that maybe, that'll be the start of even more problems because he may end up being a living nightmare! Harharharhar!!! ![]()

It's pretty mild and has about 16% alcohol only. It doesn't 'burn' the throat as much as Choya does. It's made of Pomegranate, Apples and Yeast. Lovely! ![]()
Hi Rhonda, you may want to try yoga and its relaxation techniqes to help with your sleep? ;)

i recommend Jack Daniels' No.7 Tennessee Whisky...
about.. maybe.. 3 shots will do.. it'll be something like 90 to 100ml
but if you like drinks, try Citrus Vodka with Tonic Water.. or Cointreau with Tonic Water.. it's nice.. slightly bitter, very citrus..
