simply put it, Heathrow T5 opened on Thur... ytd it ended up creating a mess, luggage misplaced and sort...end up lots of BA short haul flights cancelled and ended up into a PR crisis

Hmm.... the fiasco of Terminal 5 surely is egg on the face of British civillian aviation....
I mean, one plane actually departed without any of its passengers' luggage in its cargo hold.... the plane was already in the air by the time the horrendous mistake was discovered.
Dang, I'd hate to be one of the passengers on that plane.
