i think since beginning of this year, i get lumpy red rashes
sometimes they are just red rashes, sometimes red with some lumps
usually at elbows, or torso
how ah?
i rarely get rashes before

Those are the typical features what. Measures how many steps you take (Oprah recommends 10,000 steps a day for good health), then distance and calories burnt, same-same! Oh, and all will have a sensitivity adjuster to cater for the different 'bounciness' of individuals when steps are taken. Remember to calibrate and adjust yours!

In the most extreme allergic reactions, anaphylactic shock is potentially fatal. Really.
I've made it a point to declare that I'm allergic to both ibuprofen and cephalaxin whenever I have to talk about my medical status.... the last time I took those medications, I got puffy eyes and a gradually-constricting airway.
I ran back to the polyclinic and got myself an antihistamine jab - pronto.

in future, you may not have time to take an antihistamine..
it is not about antihistamine...
the ambulance may have to stick a foot-long needle straight into your heart and pump adrenaline into it to prevent your heart from stopping.. while they slice your throat open so that they can stick a tube into your neck so that you can get air...
and maybe, just maybe, you don't get brain damage because your airway in the meantime gets blocked.. while the medics are trying to jumpstart your heart...

Hell, I remember evacuating one guy with a severe allergic reaction....
It was during a topo exercise at Pasir Laba.... one section encountered a swarm of bees. The sect comd got stung a few times.
He initially had dizziness, rashes and puffy eyes, but being the hero (or moron) he is, he ignored the symptoms at first. By the time he sent comms for help, he could barely stand.
And by the time I arrived with the safety rover, he had problems breathing..... I freakin' rushed that guy to the nearest medical center without bothering to sign in at the guard post.

pls... one thing to prevent yourself from eating peanuts, well simply take cream crackers or sort.. and make sure there's not nuts for some of those oat crackers
