I dunno it's kinda like a worldwide thingI mean even in SG ppl who earn than less than 1k a month can have 4 - 5 kids

THat;s the irony oof such matters everywhere. the poor all have lots of kids while the rich/well off have little or none. well one reason some one told me might be possibly because to them the kids represent a hope.
