Orh... one important lesson a doctor taught us in nursing school is that the most common cause of headaches, is a lack of water. Before popping pills, ask yourself if you've drunk enough water so far. Usually, water is all it takes to stop the headache.

work plan seminar..
for all the divisions to "share" what they plan to do in the financial year ahead..
mostly, we don't really care what they do.. we have enough problems doing our own stuff
