  oh.. hilarious thing when colleague was in Japan.. she said that the tour guide told them: most things here are made in China.. all can use.. just don't eat any of the food from China can already

  yaa.. i used to like the flavour of HL milk.. then I realised it was FLAVOURED milk!

   

  So from then on, I never buy those flavoured milk and after getting used to the real milk.. usually I buy farmland... then when I went back to drinking HL milk.. it tasted gross :P very artificial tasting.

  Mostly drink milo, horlicks and Yogurt drink..

  Is the nutritous content affected? I don't think so..

  Without a doubt, it is DEFINITELY affected!

  Permeate is deprived of a lot of nutrients simply because permeate is the by-product, kinda like the castaway product, after processing other dairy products from full-cream milk.  So it is definitely nutrient-deprived! 

  So if the milk you drink has a high percentage of Permeates present, you can be assured that you aren't getting as much nutrition from it as you will from non-permeate-diluted milk.

  It's not featured in the Singapore news... yet.  But you and I, we can start spreading the news. 

  Learn to read the ingredients and nutrition labels and you'll soon learn a lot about what you're really getting (or not getting) out of processed food.
