Nope. I'm not impressed by Aussie men. And there's no one I love at the moment, neither do I want to bend over backwards to accommodate anyone in my life, so yeah, I'm staying single.

Because I knew long ago that I wanted a lifestyle that I won't be able to get in Singapore.
I also had an inkling that I would fare better in a seasonal country and it turns out to be true. I do like the four seasons much more than living in hot and humid Singapore, where I fell ill or felt sick so often!
Also, Nursing in Singapore is like wallowing in a shithole. I can never return home to work as a Nurse, the working conditions are just downright horrendous and the pay is an insult.

Jokes aside, once you reach a certain point in life, you realise that if you change too much for someone, you are no longer you, and once that happens, you're not really building the relationship on a strong foundation, so why bother putting up pretenses?
If I can find someone who can merge into my life and I into his, fine. Otherwise, I'm continuing on my own merry way. There's so much to see and do here, plus there are lots of singles here who choose to be single too, so I'm happy.

I do find that doctors are over-rated here, if we're gonna throw nurses and pharmacists into the picture.My sister is a pharmacists and she keeps kpkb-ing on how doctors should not be the only ones who can give prescriptions among other things.
