especially the owners from the tibetan villages huts..
they are on very highlands. dunno can withstand the shake or not..

maybe not tis yearthey're diverting $$ away from projects to buying food and subsidy... their economy is not going to grow fast if tat being e case... must be the $$ on 'space proj' exhausted their coffers
