gas dissolved in water works differently...
carbon dioxide is most soluble at around 4ËšC but when it freezes, the water becomes solid, forcing the gas out.. creating tremendous pressure in the can... therefore soda cans explode if the can cannot handle the pressure within...
then how 'bout bottles?
will they explode too?
because our guys leave it in the freezer to let it cool down faster but sometimes we forget to take it out

that, if it explodes, makes an even bigger mess.. but usually the weak point is the bottle top..
wine doesn't matter.. beer.. doesn't explode as easily as alcohol has a very low freezing point..
hmmmmm i wonder if vodka can freeze.
i'm heading to tampines mart to pay my parking fine first. brb~

vodka freezes around -25ËšC
freezers usually are around -10Ëš to -15ËšC so unless you have a really souped up freezer..
the "trendy" way for some people to serve vodka is to freeze a bottle in a block of ice... then use an ice-pick to break the ice up, and then pour shots from the bottle.. the vodka remains very liquid
ok, parking fine paid.
bought new earphones.
going jogging at 11pm.

A few winters ago, after returning from a grocery shopping trip, I inadvertently left a 24-pack of A&W root beer on the floor of my garage, next to the kitchen door. The garage isn't heated, so it can get really, really cold in there.
The next morning, as I was leaving for work, I noticed the 24-pack on the garage floor. I tried picking it up, but it was somehow stuck to the floor. Closer examination revealed that most of the cans inside the cardboard box had ruptured from the extreme cold, and the root beer had leaked to the bottom of the box and frozen.
There is now a permanent root beer stain on my garage floor, and it has thus far resisted all attempts at removal.
