  i saw the footage of sichuan and almost cried...

  i quickly go find my sifu (driver) number and called him..

  finally found him,   HE IS SAFE.

  he got back from mountainous area on 11 May, 1 day before the earthquake struck..

  i was so RELIEVED to hear his voice..so happy ...

  my $9 IDD call ..priceless..

  The quake is scary. It just about levelled a lot of places.

  WAH LAO EH~ apple care centre said now my laptop has a LCD problem and they don't have stock

  and asked me to call back NEXT friday!!!

  WTF MAN! I need the laptop to start working on the video!!!!!

  knn~ i didn't want to rush to get te video done but bloody hell this repair is forcing me to have less than 2 weeks to finish it!

  So are they asking you to call back next Friday to ascertain if they have stock of the LCD then, or to bring your laptop in on the assumption that they *will* have the necessary spare part(s) to perform the repair?

  my laptop is already with them. :(

  they said they will be asking every 2 days from apple when will stocks come.

  right now, apple isn't even telling them when will stocks come.

  so the guy told me to call on friday to check on the status if they don't call me.

  AUGH~ where am i going to find a computer to edit videos???!?!!??
